Earth Energies believes that taking care of our health and well-being and looking after our natural environment is one, and the same. We are passionate about the importance of caring and preserving the natural treasures of the forest, fauna, flora and protection of our waterways.
We are committed to delivering a quality, sustainable range of highly beneficial products. All products are handmade here on our farm with the majority of our ingredients grown, harvested or sourced from quality NZ organic suppliers.
The Journey
Marie spent many years working and travelling around the world as a Health, Safety and Environmental professional. Along with her partner Duncan and their family, they moved back to New Zealand to don the gumboots and secure their little piece of paradise, right here at the gateway to the Coromandel.
The Farm
Much work has been undertaken over the past 9 years to develop our 200-acre Gunado Farms business. Growing our own food, self-sufficiency and being in touch with the land have become part of our everyday lives.
Natural seaweed fertilisers, a pest eradication program and planting an additional 6000 native trees, have seen the return of many native birds, frogs and a more balanced eco system.
Earth Energies is an opportunity and a perfect fit for the future of our family business. Plans are well underway for building a relaxation retreat including natural therapy rooms on our farm.
Kawakawa has been planted, the bee hives stacked, Manuka, Kanuka and Mamaku are well established and thriving and will all form part of the natural healing remedies product range as the business develops.

I love living in New Zealand. It is now my home after my kiwi hubby brought me back from Australia. Even though I am English born, I have felt a true connection to this country since first arriving to work here in 1998. I am privileged to learn about New Zealand native plants and their healing properties.
My training as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Zero Balance Practitioner has taught me a lot about natural healing. Our body has an ability to repair and heal once we are in balance. Working in harmony with the land whilst using its natural gifts for healing is something quite special.
I am blessed to share our Earth Energies business venture with a wonderful group of good sorts, doing good things, together we make for a dynamic team.
