How often do I use Kawa Angel?

Use Kawa Angel at least three times throughout the day and night to help manage symptoms. Can be rubbed on the chest and throat or placed on nostril entrance, a small amount on the temples to assist with headaches (care to keep well back from eyes), added to a tissue or handkerchief to inhale for all conditions.

Fresh Kawakawa leaves can be made into a refreshing and zingy herbal tea to further assist with clearing airways.

Once you have correctly identified some fresh leaves, take about 6-8 and tear them up and place them in a pot with 2-3 cups of water. Once the water is boiling, turn down and simmer for round 20 minutes with a lid on. For extra flavour and added health benefits you can add fresh ginger root, a green tea bag, some fresh peppermint leaves or a slice of lemon and some honey to serve.
